Finley is a versatile creative with a track record of delivering immersive experiences, engaging performance and themed entertainment.

He has experience of delivering technical and design expertise for a variety of live shows, creating design specifications for set design, lighting, sound, AV and implementing these.

Finley is also an experienced performer, specialising in creative street theatre and improv experiences in a theme park environment.

Recently Finley has written and directed a short film, being responsible for auditioning and rehearsing of actors and supporting producers, set design, lighting and costume.

Finley has a strong work ethic, has high standards for delivering quality work, engages well with the public and is very supportive of team members.

He is keen to continue to develop his ideation and design skills and all aspects of creative management within the leisure and entertainment sector.
