Dancing Bear - Short Film

During 2020/2021 I was asked to write a 30 minute short film, limited to the confines of one room and using only two actors. This lead me to write Dancing Bear, a film about a boy who wakes up alone in a room and must complete tasks set by his captors to escape.

The writing process was incredibly rewarding, and by working alongside and to the specification of the production company and investors, the film went into production in Spring 2021.

It was also my role to co-direct the film, taking charge of rehearsing the actors and aiding them in giving a spectacular performance.
